Excellent article Debra. People should know who they are hiring to represent them and make sure they know the area. I have extensive knowledge of the Orangeville real estate market but would be useless to represent someone in Grey Bruce County!
This is a great article! These are great questions to ask your REALTOR in order to ensure you understand the process of buying and selling. Also, these questions will ensure you feel confident that you've made the right choice with who you have hired as a REALTOR.
Interviewing an agent is something that never occurred to me but I can see the understanding by it. What a great way to inform the general public knowing that I don't have to use the listing agent when buying a home and that I can't hire someone that will work in my best interest.
Always remember a Real Estate Agent should ensure that both the buyer and seller have the most recent and accurate information.
