About Debra Varey

I was born and raised in the small town of Waterford, Ontario. In 1988, I moved to Toronto and worked my way up the accounting ladder working for companies like Ernest and Young, Rose Technology Group and Nova Nordisk. After graduating with honours in both Accounting and Payroll Certification I spent the next 12 years re-organizing and correcting various accounting and computer issues within those organizations. Then, in the year 2000 I moved to Grey County with my husband and two children. While on maternity leave with my third child I decided to take my knowledge of industries and people and apply it to the Real Estate Industry.

For the last eight years in Real Estate I have been very successful in getting people what they are looking for and I have enjoy doing it! I thoroughly relish the idea of working with people from all backgrounds and helping them buy and sell homes, farms or properties for their enjoyment. My day is never the same but I take everything that is thrown at me in a pleasant and professional manner.

When I am not working in real estate, you will often find me in various areas of Grey and Bruce county enjoying many features of the area.

Real Estate is not just about Buying or Selling a home or property! With Hillside Realty it is a business with personal care allowing people to attain their dreams and goals!!!!

About Kim Logan

I grew up in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, a small country village, where I was raised to respect my elders and that good values are important. At an early age, my father taught me that the customer is always right and today that is my philosophy. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.

I move to Toronto in 1984 and starting working as a legal secretary, in private practice law firms. I advanced through several law administrator courses and eventually worked as a paralegal for the Ministry of the Attorney General seconded to the Ministry of Finance. Throughout my legal career I learned to pay close attention to details, complete comprehensive research and this contributed to my ability to ask in-depth questions, to find answers.

When my first child was born I realized it was time to move back to the country and raise my daughter, similar to the way I was raised. My husband and I of 21 years made the move to Grey County and settled on country property on the outskirts of Ayton. A few years later my twin boys were born. When the boys began junior kindergarten, I began studying real estate. By the time the boys entered grade 1, I was a full-time professional real estate agent.

Every day I wake up, on the property we reside at, on 35 acres in West Grey along with my loving husband, three talented, unique children, four dogs, a cat and a newly adopted rabbit - smile and smell the fresh air.

I thoroughly enjoyed the city life but I also have a love for the country! Let me help you make the transition to the country. You will not be disappointed!
